A psychosocial hazard is any aspect of work design, environment, or behaviour that may cause psychological harm, whether or not physical harm is also present.

  4. Poor role clarity

  5. Poor organisational change management

  6. Low reward or recognition

  7. Poor organisational justice

  8. Remote or isolated work

  12. Harassment (including sexual)

  13. Poor workplace relationships and interactions

  14. Traumatic workplace events associated with the workplace.
